We loved every single thing about our stay! From the Bellmen to the Front Desk, to the Bar, to Housekeeping! The epitome of exceptional quality and service. Both of us come from hospitality in the Bahamas, so we KNOW service and quality oh too well. We checked in with a minor issue and within 5 minutes it was not only addressed but resolved. Speed, efficiency, professionalism and excellence are on point and we will be back sooner than later. It is in a central area: Casco Viejo is pretty walkable and has great coffee shops and restaurants but we still found the hotel quiet and intimate. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return.

The location is excellent, just in front of the beach. They have a nice pool with beachfront as well as the rooms. David and the rest of the personnel are very attentive. They put snacks, tea, bath robes, shampoo...etc. they have everything to make you feel confortable. I highly recommended.
